Jan Gates, our Sports Club Manager, is now offering yoga and pilates classes. Restorative Yoga is especially beneficial for times of stress, including holidays, or for those times when you are recovering from illness, injury or just want to get the benefits of yoga without "pushing". Gentle Yoga is safe and effective for those who are just starting or for those who wish to have a gentler class. Mixed Levels Yoga is for continuing students or those who have some prior yoga experience. Or take a Pilates Class! Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning utilizing stretching and strengthening exercises. It strengthens and tones the core muscles, improves posture, flexibility and balance.

Jan Gates is a Certified Kripalu Yoga and Stott Pilates Instructor.
