Wedding Tasting

Woodcliff hosted a very successful Wedding Tasting for brides & grooms as well as parents for the 2010 upcoming wedding season. Our guests had the opportunity to taste Hors D'Oeuvres, Salads, Entrees and different wedding cake flavors.

Featured wedding cake (above picture) was a 4-tier, white cake with fudge filling, frosted white butter cream icing, and covered in light blue rolled fondant. A 2” wide black ribbon is wrapped around the base of the cake and Victorian style piping done in black colored butter cream prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Michelle Carlson.

In addition to tasting excellent food, delectable pastries, Sparkling Champagne and still wines for their special event our Sales Team modeled various hair styles created by our stylists at Spa Elan. Many tables were set with themes showcasing various options for linens and center pieces.

A good time was had by all the attendees!

Passover

During the week of Passover, starting March 29 through April 5th, Horizons Restaurant will offer the following Passover-friendly meals at both our lunch and dinner services. (Our kitchens and dining areas are NOT kosher).
